Not only is Ben deadlifting 1.5X his bodyweight for reps and feeling stronger in the gym, he is feeling more confident in his physicality on the pitch!

In 8 weeks, Ben put 30KG on his 1RM deadlift along with amazing development in his other lifts.

most rugby players have on a weekly basis. Nor do they understand not everyone wants to train for hours on end or eat next to nothing every day.

 

That's where my 14 years of rugby and coaching work come in handy.

I've been there, done that and got the t-shirt. Now I help other rugby players get to where

they want to be (without it taking the fun of our social life away) in a simple, effective, tried
